The way his character unfolds as we learn about his complicated relationship with his family's empire is so satisfying.
And Sloane? Talk about a heroine to root for! As a high-powered publicist, she's competent, driven, and doesn't fall for Xavier's charm (at least not initially). Their workplace dynamic crackles with tension from page one, and watching their professional boundaries slowly crumble is delicious.
